How it Works
"What happens when I contact you?"
We will call you and discuss your requirements.
We will send an experienced staff member to measure and scope the work.
We will prepare a written quote and email it to you.
You can call, email or fax us to accept the job.
If you are new to us you will be asked to fill in a credit application.
At this stage, we will book an agreeable date and time to construct the scaffold.
"What happens on site?"
Our men will arrive and discuss with you or your site rep the scope of scaffold to be supplied.
They will assess any hazards, and complete a task analysis.
They will build the scaffold to comply with the Best Practice Guidelines.
They will be courteous and professional.
"How will I be billed?"
When the job has been built, you will receive an invoice for the supply of the scaffolding.
There will then be an invoice for weekly rentals and Job register checks, these are invoiced once a month or when the job is finished.
"How do I end a job?"
You can call, email or fax us.
When any of the above is received, the date is logged and this is the date your rental will stop.
At our earliest opportunity we will dispatch a crew to dismantle your scaffold.
The leading hand will ensure that the site is tidy after the scaffold is removed.
"How do we know all of this will happen?"
We audit our work, processes and staff regularly.
